Returns or Refunds

Personalised Products

Since many of our products are customised, we do not offer refunds. If you wish to cancel your order, please advise us within 24 hours of your order being placed. If the process of your product has already been made after this period, a $3 fee will apply.


Returns/Exchanges

Unfortunately, we do not offer any returns. In the unlikely event that you receive a defective item or an item that does not match your order, take a picture with the order in its packaging. Please advise us within 7 days of delivery with a picture of your product by contacting us at novangrace@gmail.com.
