IMPORTANT NOTE
If your order is over $75, the free delivery promotion is only available for our standard shipping option. If you happen to select express as your option, we will be in touch via email to confirm whether you would like to pay for the express option or have the order be sent through via standard delivery. We apologise for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience in advance.
Handling Times
Crochet Plushies
All crochet plushies (made to order or in stock) will be dispatched within 3 - 10 business days.
All other products
All cards, stickers, keychains and wax seals will be dispatched within 3 - 5 business days.
**Exceptions may apply during peak holiday seasons or promotional periods.
Shipping and Deliveries
Shipping is calculated at the checkout page on your orders. We use the Australia Post as our courier.
At the Secure Checkout page, you'll see the ordered item’s description, its price, and delivery options.
Where available, you can also choose a faster delivery method for an additional fee. Delivery times vary depending on your selected delivery address, availability of your items, and the time of the day you place your order. Unfortunately, Nova and Grace cannot be responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes, local duties and taxes, and packages delayed or lost during transit.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (VAT inclusive) that may be incurred once an item has reached its destination country. Nova and Grace are not responsible for these charges if applied and are your responsibility as a customer.
Nova & Grace will not be held responsible for:
- Errors made by the postal service
- Mistakes with entering the wrong address
- Damages to orders during deliver
- Stolen packages after delivery
- Packages returned to sender by Auspost if it is unclaimed
Failure to Pick Up
If a parcel has been delivered to the wrong address or if you have failed to collect your parcel from the post office and it is subsequently sent back to us, there will be subsequent shipping fees incurred for the parcels to be re-sent.Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email that contains the relevant tracking details. The tracking details may take 24 hours to be updated. If you cannot find this email, please ensure you check your spam/junk folders.
